We are looking for a talented Director of Sales and Business Development to join our team in Hong Kong. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy, driving cross-selling and up-selling activities, and leading responses to tenders and presentations.

The ideal candidate will have native fluency in Mandarin and English, consultative risk management expertise, and experience working with State-Owned Enterprises and complex clients. You will also possess excellent leadership skills, able to build trusted relationships with our leadership team and facilitate collaboration across departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a defined sales strategy
  • Drive cross-selling and up-selling activities
  • Lead responses to tenders and presentations

Requirements
