Job Title: Assistant Vice President, Client Experience and Management, Private Banking

DBS Private Bank is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Client Experience and Management team as an Assistant Vice President. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end marketing tactics and campaigns, facilitating client-related initiatives, and revamping sales campaigns and client delights programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to acquire and retain clients, including client acquisition, member-get-member referrals, investment, and funding transfer-in.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and operationalize strategic initiatives, translating strategies into actionable roadmaps and platforms for our private banking clients.
  • Oversee A&P marketing expense, business, and budget planning.
  • Articulate project and campaign details through briefing sessions to relevant stakeholders, including Relationship Managers, assistants, market coordinators, and others.
Requirements:
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in the banking industry, preferably in marketing or segment strategy.
  • Experience and knowledge of wealth propositions, segment marketing, with a focus on client segment management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data to derive meaningful insights.
  • Proven track record of managing projects from conception to completion, adhering to timelines and budgets.
  • Highly organized team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with front offices, across x-functional teams, across internal & external, local & regional key stakeholders.
  • Client-centric with strong analytical power, problem identification, solution design, and iterative optimization skills. Result-driven and agile to business change.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence stakeholders at all levels. Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
  • Bachelor's degree holder.
