Key Responsibilities of the Marketing Manager
  • Develop Strategic Programmes: Create effective programme strategies and mechanics to drive retail product growth for different customer groups/segments via various channels.
  • Programme Implementation: Independently manage and ensure smooth programme implementation, promoting digital acquisition for cards.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market/portfolio analysis and segmentation study for acquisition and growth programmes, evaluating them to facilitate learning and continuous improvements.
  • Budget Management: Manage budget and track expenses according to departmental guidelines, coordinating with internal departments and external vendors to ensure timely rollout of initiatives.
  • Brand Adherence: Maintain adherence to established marketing processes and policies, reinforcing brand values.
