About the Company:

Our client is a leading Fintech company seeking an experienced HRBP Lead to join their team. With rapid growth, they require a strategic HR partner to develop and implement effective HR strategies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing HR advisory services to senior management, focusing on HR strategies, manpower planning, and retention/expanision matters.
  • Leading a team of HRBPs to deliver HR solutions to internal clients (business).
  • Developing and implementing HR projects, including manpower planning, budgeting, and salary review.
  • Mentoring and developing team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Requirements:

  • University degree in HR Management or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of HR experience, preferably from Fintech/Tech/Financial companies.
  • Proven leadership track record and excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin) and English is a MUST.
