Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, develop, and manage a B3 branch to achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure delivery of an excellent customer experience, encouraging customer migration to alternative channels.
  • Align with global standards, operate with the highest standards, meet regulatory requirements, and ensure frontline employees act as the first line of defense.
  • Minimise risk and maximise operational efficiency.
  • Achieve results by working with the whole branch team, local market, and wider community.
  • Play an active role in the wider area/regional leadership team.
  • Deliver the branch plan, including lead/sales prospect management and overall customer experience.
Requirements
  • University degree in Business Administration or related discipline, or other relevant qualifications like CFA, CFP, or CFMP.
  • Less academically qualified candidates with relevant work experience will also be considered.
  • Holder of HKIB Associate Retail Wealth Professional (ARWP) or Certified Retail Wealth Professional (CRWP) is preferred.
  • Passes in the HKSI licensing examinations.
  • Minimum 10 years' banking experience, promoting various wealth management products.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Strong self-motivation and drive to succeed, ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese.
  • High level of customer centricity mindset, dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers, managing complex interactions effectively.
  • Shown strong situation awareness, strong desire to learn, able to work in Agile environment.
  • Able to inspire others to achieve their goals/ambitions in various situations.
Salary Information

We offer a highly competitive salary package, estimated around HKD 450,000 - HKD 550,000 per annum, depending on experience.
