As a key member of China Everbright Bank Hong Kong Branch, we are seeking an experienced Credit Analyst to join our team. This exciting opportunity will enable you to utilise your analytical and business skills in shaping our credit strategy.

Job Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing thorough credit analysis and preparing comprehensive credit proposal write-ups for corporate clients, banks, and non-bank financial institutions. They will work closely with Relationship Managers to manage credit risk and liaise with the Credit and Operations Department to facilitate loan drawdowns. Additionally, they will develop and implement credit strategies, policies, and procedures to support the business's growth.

In this role, you will also prepare and review credit documentation and related security documents on corporate and commercial accounts. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to handle customer enquiries efficiently and effectively, ensuring timely and thorough follow-up. As part of our dynamic team, you will handle ad hoc tasks and projects assigned by the Department Head.

Requirements:
  • A degree holder in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field;
  • A minimum of 8 years' relevant experience in reputable banks;
  • A strong credit sense and financial analysis skills;
  • Analytical, detailed-oriented, strong numerical and business acumen;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin).

We offer a highly competitive salary package, commensurate with experience. The estimated annual salary for this position is around HK$800,000 - HK$1,200,000, depending on qualifications and background.
