Strategic Credit Card Product Manager

Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences through its innovative credit card products. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Strategic Credit Card Product Manager to lead our product development and implementation efforts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for formulating, coordinating, and implementing acquisition strategies and programs to drive business growth and profitability. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing promotion programs, system enhancements, and business plans to achieve set goals and business performances;
  • Preparing product and procurement proposals for new product launches and revamps;
  • Leading and managing business operations, including process rebate fulfillment, defining marketing plans with business partners, and resolving customer complaints;
  • Defining strategies for product optimization, customer experience, and sales promotions, and executing them in coordination with internal and external departments;
  • Conducting market analysis to understand customer behaviors and providing recommendations for follow-up actions;
  • Managing and working closely with different sales channels to ensure progression towards assigned business targets;
  • Proposing new card products and marketing campaigns to increase market penetration;
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies;
  • Effectively managing program budgets.

To be successful in this role, you should possess a degree in Marketing or Business-related disciplines, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing/product management or customer management functions, preferably with credit card product experience. Strong business acumen, excellent project management and problem-solving skills, hands-on skills in PowerPoint, and strong presentation skills are essential. Additionally, you should be able to work under pressure, have good communication and interpersonal skills, and be proficient in spoken and written English, as well as MS Office applications.
