Senior Credit Card Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team at Bank Of China (Hong Kong) Limited. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for devising and executing strategic plans to drive credit card sales, mobile payment penetration and active card penetration.
Key Responsibilities- Credit Card Sales Strategies: Develop and implement effective strategies to increase credit card sales, including merchant promotion plans, credit limit increases, and targeted marketing campaigns.
- Market Programs Execution: Oversee the end-to-end execution of market programs, from concept development to launch and post-program evaluation.
- Business Performance Monitoring: Closely monitor business performance and propose corrective actions to achieve business targets.
- Vendor Management: Manage and monitor budgets for marketing programs, handle payment settlements with vendors, and ensure compliance with bank policies.
- Customer Enquiries: Handle customer enquiries and fulfill related tasks.
- Degree: Degree holder in communications marketing or other related disciplines.
- Experience: Minimum 6-8 years of marketing experience, previous exposure in credit card business preferred.
- Skill Set: Strong business acumen, excellent project management, problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
- Languages: Proficient in spoken and written Chinese (including Putonghua) and English, and competent in MS Office applications.
- Bonus Opportunity: Candidates with less experience may be considered as Assistant Manager.
We offer a competitive salary ranging from HKD $120,000 to HKD $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and bonuses.
The estimated salary range is based on industry standards and takes into account the location, job requirements, and company culture.
