About the Job
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Administrative Coordinator - Procurement. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the procurement process, performing administrative tasks, and providing exceptional customer service.
Your Responsibilities
- To assist the Assistant Procurement Manager to carry out procurement activities;
- To perform any other appropriate duties as assigned by the supervisor;
- To maintain accurate records and reports related to procurement activities.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A minimum of 5 passes in HKCEE or 5 HKDSE subjects with at least Level 2 or equivalent, including English, Chinese and Mathematics; or any post-secondary qualification;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
- Proficiency in computer software applications including MS-Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing.
