Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional support to the CEO and Assistant CEO, ensuring seamless execution of special projects and daily tasks.
  • Manage employee records, contracts, and personnel files, maintaining accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Coordinate recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Oversee payroll administration, employee benefits programs, and manage office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships.
  • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to improve office workflow and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management, office management, or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in office management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
