Job Title: Assistant Manager, Learning & Development

The Assistant Manager, Learning & Development will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating general training programs. This position aims to enhance the skills and capabilities of our workforce, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to crafting and implementing the L&D strategy for the head office, and conduct the annual training needs analysis.
  • Develop engaging and relevant training programs, including online learning and face-to-face workshops for all regions that we operate, and source relevant faculty to run programs.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, and provide regular reports and strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Foster and maintain good relationships with key partners and stakeholders to ensure the quality of the training programs.
  • Ensure all learning initiatives and materials are culturally appropriate and aligned with the local context in the Chinese Mainland.
  • Partner closely and effectively with different functional teams to align training programs with business goals and strategies.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related disciplines.
  • At least 6 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in an international or multinational context including the Chinese Mainland.
  • An open mindset, and the eagerness to learn new things.
  • Exceptional organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems, and a capability to navigate different platforms effectively are desirable.
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English. Proficiency in Putonghua is desirable.
