We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Social Media Marketing Lead to join our team at YesStyle. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic content goals and objectives for our global social media platforms.

You will identify and implement process enhancements to boost efficiency and productivity, ensuring all work adheres to quality standards. Collaborate with various teams to execute marketing promotional campaigns and product launches, analyze customer interactions and social media trends to inform and shape future campaigns.

Manage the tone and visual style of our social media accounts to maintain brand consistency, evaluate the effectiveness of content strategies and campaigns through performance reports, aiming to maximize organic exposure and engagement and achieve KPIs.

This role requires strong people management skills combined with hands-on experience in marketing communications. You should be creative, proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
