In this role, you'll assist in critical tasks essential to the success of our events, from planning to execution. Your dynamic content will meet sponsor demands while delivering cutting-edge insights to buy-side attendees.

  • Craft compelling content that fulfills sponsor requirements and provides timely, relevant insights;
  • Develop and maintain a network of asset owners and buysiders in the APAC region;
  • Collaborate with the Head of Business Development and other team members to ensure relevant stakeholders participate in events;
  • Support content team members in researching organizations and individuals to expand our speaker network;
  • Communicate with sponsors, speakers, and stakeholders about event content to ensure all details are shared and tracked;
  • Stay informed on market trends within our universe and share updates with the team as needed;
  • Provide on-site management and support for events, ensuring smooth execution of logistics and managing speakers effectively;
  • Introduce attendees to people of interest during events;
  • Help set up private roundtables and meetings for key sponsors;
  • Coordinate with events and production teams to provide a seamless experience for speakers and attendees;
  • Assist with event promotion through internal and external calendars, ensuring accurate data entry;
  • Update event pages with speaker and agenda information;
  • Review, proofread, and/or edit event-related documents;

To succeed in this role, you'll need excellent organizational skills, advanced networking abilities, and strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in MS Suite and Google Suite for Business is essential. An existing network of contacts on the buy-side is a significant plus, and additional language skills can be beneficial.
