Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Digital Content Strategist to join our team at Hyphen Connect, a leading web3 venture studio in Asia. As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging content strategies tailored to various social media platforms.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and create high-quality long and short-form content for social platforms, including text-based posts, videos, and live streams.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, features, and best practices to ensure our content remains relevant and impactful.
  • Plan and execute comprehensive social media campaigns, collaborating closely with marketing and creative teams to align with overall branding and goals.
  • Analyze performance metrics using platform analytics tools and provide actionable insights to optimize future content.
  • Research and incorporate trending topics, hashtags, and challenges into content strategies to increase reach and engagement.
  • Engage with our online community by responding to comments, DMs, and fostering meaningful conversations.
  • Collaborate with influencers and content creators to enhance our brand's reach and impact.
  • Continuously experiment with new formats and creative ideas to drive growth and maintain a fresh and appealing social presence.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management or content creation, with a focus on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or similar social platforms.
  • Previous work experience in the Web3 industry is required, with experience in social/defi projects being a plus.
  • Proficiency in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices in Web3.
  • Creative storytelling skills with the ability to craft content that captures attention and drives engagement.
  • Proficiency with content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar apps.
  • Experience analyzing performance metrics and turning insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
