Job Summary

We are seeking a Client Relationship Manager to serve as the primary contact for investment management firms. The successful candidate will perform operations, technical, or administration work in support of professional roles. They will analyze information to solve ongoing problems and implement procedures to complete work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary contact for investment management firms on day-to-day operational needs relating to complex client accounts held at the bank.
  • Communicate issues and recommend solutions directly to investment managers, clients, and partners.
  • Monitor overall account status and assess the impact of certain transactions on the total account relationship.
  • Responsible for follow-up on cash management or overdraft issues.
  • Coordinate daily contact with Investment Managers regarding client account activities.
Requirements
  • Comprehensive understanding of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job discipline.
  • Tact and diplomacy to exchange ideas and information in a concise and logical way.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Good overall knowledge of the global custody/securities business.
  • 'Self-starter' with a positive attitude and able to work on own initiative as well as within a collaborative team environment.
Experience
  • May provide informal day-to-day supervision to a team including coaching on performance, coordinating activities, checking on quality and work progress.
  • At least 5-7 yrs experience in client servicing within financial services.
  • Experience working effectively within a global organization/environment.
Salary

The estimated salary for this role is around $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
