Business Growth Manager Assistant

The Hong Kong Mortgage Corporation Limited invites applications for the position of Assistant Manager in its Marketing and Business Development Department.
In this role, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating marketing activities, developing communication plans across various channels, and preparing reports to enhance operations effectiveness.
You will also conduct data analysis for marketing activities, facilitate daily operations of the loyalty programme, provide administrative support to membership services, and assist in CRM membership system development and operations.
To excel in this position, you will require a strong understanding of marketing principles, preferably with a degree in Business Analysis, Business Administration, Information Systems or Marketing related discipline.
A minimum of 5 years' experience in loyalty marketing, preferably in banking, financial institutions, hospitality industry or equivalent is preferred.
