We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Office Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team at Joy Rich Asia Pacific Limited.

In this full-time on-site role, you will provide administrative support, manage phone communications, and assist with clerical tasks. You will also deliver executive administrative assistance, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Offer top-notch administrative support to senior executives, focusing on prompt response and effective follow-up
  • Manage phone communications skillfully, handling calls and emails with professionalism
  • Support various clerical tasks, such as data entry, document management, and mail sorting
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks, meeting deadlines and expectations
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies regarding sensitive information
  • Foster strong working relationships with colleagues across departments

Essential qualifications:

  • Previous experience in administrative roles, preferably in a similar industry
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing circumstances
