Office Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Office Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team at Joy Rich Asia Pacific Limited.
In this full-time on-site role, you will provide administrative support, manage phone communications, and assist with clerical tasks. You will also deliver executive administrative assistance, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Offer top-notch administrative support to senior executives, focusing on prompt response and effective follow-up
- Manage phone communications skillfully, handling calls and emails with professionalism
- Support various clerical tasks, such as data entry, document management, and mail sorting
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks, meeting deadlines and expectations
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies regarding sensitive information
- Foster strong working relationships with colleagues across departments
Essential qualifications:
- Previous experience in administrative roles, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing circumstances
