This operational management position reports to the Chief Operating Officer of APAC Commercial Risk. The role is responsible for providing day-to-day management and support necessary to ensure the segment has proper operational controls, administrative procedures, and systems in place to operate efficiently and effectively.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving efficiency, sales, profitability, cash flow, business goals, and objectives. They will also be responsible for measuring and managing internal and external controls, providing timely, accurate, and complete reports on the operating condition of the company.

The Regional Operations Management Specialist will work closely with key stakeholders to grow the organization and ensure its financial strength. This includes developing, communicating, and implementing effective operational procedures, growth strategies, and processes.

In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will assist in producing business cases to ensure APAC CRS is resourced to meet operational, sales, growth, and market share objectives.
