About the Role

Aon Hewitt is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales and Relationship Manager to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with account managers to provide consultative services to clients and handle client inquiries and liaise with insurers and service providers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support account managers on consultative services to clients
  • Handle client inquiries and liaise with insurers and service providers
  • Work closely with underwriters on policy matters
  • Check policy documents and prepare debit notes
  • Provide support in data analytics and result interpretation
  • Maintain the quality and timeliness of client deliverables, providing assistance in report development in a clear and concise manner
  • Process post-renewal documents and follow up

Requirements

  • University graduate, with 1-3 years working experience in Employee Benefits in broker firm(s) or insurance company(ies) preferred
  • Passed in IIQE papers are preferred
  • Knowledge of general insurance preferred
  • Customer oriented and self-motivated
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Good command of computer skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese typing
