Key Responsibilities

  • Coach and lead a sales team to achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the organization.
  • Build and maintain positive long-term relationships with assigned customers in the public utilities, banking, and finance sectors by conducting courtesy visits, phone calls, and regular reviews.
  • Conduct thorough research on potential clients and their industries to understand their equipment maintenance requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients, highlighting HKT's edge on maintenance services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including technical experts and service technicians, to ensure accurate understanding of customer needs and smooth service delivery.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, while ensuring profitability for the company.

Requirements

  • Degree holder in business, marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the equipment maintenance service.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to close deals and achieve targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed, with a proactive and result-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team, collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders.
  • Good organizational skill and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Senior Service Executive.
