**Job Summary**

Chubb is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager, Admin Services to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving offshore governance and controls for quality assurance, coordinating incident reports, and delivering timely management reporting.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Drive offshore governance and controls for quality assurance, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Coordinate incident reports across operations, providing timely and accurate information to stakeholders.
  • Deliver timely management reporting, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Lead the Admin Service & Quality team, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth operation and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee offshore daily operations, ensuring effective service delivery to internal and external customers.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and training to the team to ensure smooth operation and improvement.
  • Monitor accuracy and turnaround time on defined service level agreements for regular reporting.
  • Assist in SOP management, compiling and updating manuals and workflow documents as needed.
  • Collaborate with other team members to identify and resolve issues or concerns.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, with at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
  • General insurance knowledge and experience with sound knowledge of general insurance products is preferred.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Mature, independent, self-motivated with strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Conscientious, with a strong sense of accuracy and quality delivery.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Cantonese.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs.
