Job Title: Assistant Reservation Service Manager

Join Ocean Park as an Assistant Reservation Service Manager and take on a challenging role in managing the Reservation Team of the Discovery & Education Department.

Job Summary:

The incumbent will be responsible for supervising and managing the Reservation Team, ensuring high standards of performance of service commitments, and providing training and evaluation to subordinates. S/he will also maintain the programme reservation system and database, and co-ordinate programme booking logistics, prepare documents, and handle special program requests with internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage the Reservation Team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Maintain the programme reservation system and database, and co-ordinate programme booking logistics.
  • Prepare documents and handle special program requests with internal departments.
  • Provide training and evaluation to subordinates to ensure high standards of performance.
  • Manage statistical records and reporting for education programs, guest reviews, and/or special projects.
Requirements:
  • Degree in computer science, business administration, hospitality management, or other related discipline.
  • At least 5 years' working experience in IT system development, reservation, ticketing, or call centre in supervisory level.
  • Excellent computer skills with knowledge in CRM, ticketing & admission system, reservation system, and database.
  • Customer-orientated, with good problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Good team building and leadership skills.
  • Detail-minded, hardworking, and able to work under pressure.
  • Excellent in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Willing to work during weekends and public holidays.
