Key Responsibilities- Provide technical assistance and support to clients on system components, ensuring prompt resolution of issues and continuous improvement of services.
- Perform installation, configuration, administration, and troubleshooting tasks to ensure seamless system operation.
- Collaborate with external vendors to resolve hardware and application software-related incidents.
- Offer system helpdesk support and manage change requests to ensure efficient system maintenance.
- Diploma or higher in Information Technology or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in IT system support and administration.
- Proven experience in IT system helpdesk support, handling change requests, and user requests.
- Experience in supporting physical and/or virtual servers.
- Experience in administration, support, and operation on hypervisor, storage, or server components is highly desirable.
- Experience in Linux Red Hat is highly desirable.
- Ability to work flexible shifts (3 shifts per day) to ensure 7 x 24 support to the system.
- Candidates with more experience may be considered for the Senior System Engineer position.
