About the Role

As a key member of the Mass Transit Railway team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our high-speed rail stations. This role involves supervising platform duties, train service recovery, station inspections, and crowd control. You will also be required to operate the Customer Service Centre and handle the Automatic Fare Collection system and equipment. Providing world-class customer service is crucial in this role, and you will be expected to meet service standards and targets.

To succeed in this position, you should have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with customers and colleagues. A valid travel document to the Mainland of China is also essential.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Supervising platform duties, including train service recovery and station inspections.
  • Operating the Customer Service Centre and handling the Automatic Fare Collection system and equipment.
  • Providing world-class customer service, meeting service standards and targets.


What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated average monthly income of HK$22,000. You will also be eligible for related allowances and a Joining Bonus of HK$12,000, subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant programme.
