About the Role

The Staff Specialist position is responsible for providing professional HR support and guidance across various areas, including manpower planning, budgeting, talent management, succession planning, performance management, training and development, and other HR-related matters. This involves monitoring and facilitating volunteer and recreational activities to enhance staff relations, as well as overseeing office facility management, computer equipment maintenance, and renovation projects.

You will also oversee the office administration team to ensure smooth operation for all departments. Additionally, you will be responsible for furnishing a comprehensive yearly plan, summary, and recommendations based on requirements or proposed work tasks.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Diploma holder or above in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related discipline. A minimum of 6 years' work experience in Banking, with at least 5 years in a managerial role of Human Resources Management or Administrative Management, is highly advantageous.

Your excellent sense of ownership, ability to work under pressure, independence, and good time management are essential qualities for this position. Strong leadership and execution capabilities are also crucial. Proficiency in computer applications, particularly MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc., is required.
