Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers, identifying their financial needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing expert advice on our products and services.
- New Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand our customer base.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with our product offerings and market trends, ensuring that clients receive the best possible solutions.
- Cross-Selling: Work closely with other departments to cross-sell our products and services, increasing revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Compliance: Ensure that all transactions are compliant with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Education: University degree or equivalent, with qualifications in IIQE, HKSI & MPF, CFP CM preferred.
- Experience: At least 2 years' solid experience in retail banking products & services, including full-fledged investment and insurance products.
- Skill Set: Strong ability to influence stakeholders, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, highly agile in learning and adapting to changing business environment.
- Language: Good command of both verbal and written English and Chinese, Putonghua a definite plus.
