Job Overview

Langham Hospitality Group (LHG) is a prestigious global hotel organization with a presence in key cities across four continents, operating under the renowned brands of The Langham Hotels and Resorts , Cordis Hotels and Resorts , and Ying'nFlo . Primary Responsibilities:

  • Supervise brand standards and operational protocols to ensure that all materials are accurately stored, created, updated, approved, and disseminated to the hotels.
  • Develop presentations and guidelines to facilitate hotel team implementation. Conduct market analysis for innovative initiatives and prospective hotel projects.
  • Assist LHG Operations Function Heads during hotel openings, particularly in establishing operational systems.
  • Deliver training related to operations to foster best practices within the Finance Department.
  • Generate regular reports and dashboards for the LHG Operations Department.
  • Evaluate Langham Hospitality Group's operational performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for business improvement.
  • Aid in the exploration and development of a Business Intelligence portal for the LHG Operations Department.
  • Execute various administrative and clerical duties to support the daily functions of the LHG Operations team.
  • Collaborate with partners and service providers.
  • Engage in strategic planning sessions for Operations.
  • Coordinate with LHG IT and service partners to deliver technical system support to hotels on relevant systems.
  • Undertake ad-hoc assignments as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Hospitality, Business, Science, or related fields.
  • Experience in the hotel or service industry is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional analytical abilities, capable of collecting, organizing, analyzing, and disseminating substantial amounts of information with precision and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills, adept at multitasking and managing a high volume of projects and documentation.
  • Commitment to excellence in all tasks, including routine responsibilities.
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of communicating effectively with colleagues at various levels.
