Job Summary

The Technical Sales Executive is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth. This role requires a strong understanding of our products and services, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Reporting to the Sales Account Manager on sales performance and project follow-up
  2. Exploring new business opportunities and establishing strong relationships with clients
  3. Developing and executing sales action plans to achieve projected sales targets
  4. Liaising with clients and site personnel to obtain specifications or direct sales of our products and services
  5. Ensuring all projects or orders meet high-quality standards and maintaining a positive company image
  6. Monitoring project progress from initial negotiation to after-sales follow-up
  7. Preparing sales and warranty documentation and maintaining customer records
  8. Conducting service/product reviews to collect customer feedback
  9. Supporting the implementation and enhancement of our Integrated Management System (IMS)
Requirements
  1. Minimum 2 years' experience in Sales and Marketing, with project management experience preferred
  2. Fluent spoken and written skills in English and Cantonese
  3. Strong team player with initiative and ability to work under pressure
  4. Self-motivated, willing to learn, and hard-working
  5. Immediate availability or short notice is highly preferred
  6. Possessing an existing network with contractors, consultants, and developers is highly preferred
  7. Fresh graduates with interest in sales and marketing will be considered, with training provided
Benefits
  1. Basic Salary: negotiable depending on existing salary and relevant experience
  2. Guaranteed 13th month payment and Quarterly discretionary performance bonus (after 6 months' service)
  3. Annual Leave: 12 days (increased by years of service to maximum 17 days)
  4. Medical insurance plan (including annual bodycheck/dental benefit) and covered dependents
  5. Other expenses reimbursement, e.g., Travel $3,000/Entertainment
  6. Training allowance $5,000/year after 6 months' service
