Job Overview

NexusSearch International Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced SME Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for expanding our client base by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the SME sector.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Acquisition: Identify, target, and acquire new SME clients through strategic networking, cold calling, and relationship-building.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough research and analysis of the SME market to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including product development and customer support, to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Reporting and Feedback: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system, and gather client feedback to inform product enhancements and service improvements.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales or relationship management, preferably within the SME sector.
  • Strong understanding of financial products and services tailored for SMEs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
