Strategic Growth and Development Lead

Primary Responsibilities- To develop new business opportunities across marketing, corporate communications, public relations, and investor relations segments through various channels;
- To exceed quarterly and annual targets by achieving revenue growth criteria, focusing on outbound wire distribution, multimedia services, and corporate workflow solutions;
- To ensure exceptional client experience, understanding their corporate IR, PR, and marketing communications requirements throughout the year;
- To stay ahead of competition by following up on leads and opportunities, maximizing the chance of winning business and maintaining regular contact with clients and prospects;
- To provide regular feedback on sales activities to the supervisor, including client wins/losses, competitor activity, product feedback, and other relevant information.
- 3-5 years of sales and/or new business development experience, preferably in corporate communications, marketing, public relations, investor relations, advertising, and/or media sales;
- A proven track record of delivering or exceeding sales targets and other relevant KPIs;
- High self-motivation, energy, and accountability, with the ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team;
- Territory management skills;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with mature and engaging personalities;
- Fluent speaking and writing in Cantonese and English;
- Proficiency in Internet and PC software, particularly MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
- User knowledge and experience with CRM systems, with Salesforce being an advantage.
As a Strategic Growth and Development Lead at Cision, you can expect a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
