Agency Business Development, Senior Analyst Role

We're seeking a seasoned professional to drive business growth and development in our agency team. As a Strategic Business Development Lead, you'll play a vital part in advancing our movement towards creating a healthier, more sustainable future for everyone.

About the Role

You'll work closely with our marketing, distribution & partnership team to inspire meaningful connections with customers, partners, and stakeholders. Your expertise will be invaluable in delivering purpose-led brand positioning and messaging across all channels.

  • Evaluate and develop business strategies to improve agency performance and achieve business goals.
  • Analyze business data to inform decision-making and drive growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute corporate business initiatives and support agency excellence.
Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing business plans to drive revenue growth and improve profitability.
  • Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Providing regular reporting and updates on business performance and progress against goals.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A degree or above in any discipline.
  • At least 2 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • The ability to work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.
