Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a high-caliber professional to join our team as Head of Global Payments Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and leading the Global Payment Solutions (GPS) strategies to meet the needs of our wholesale banking customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute GPS strategies to meet the needs of wholesale banking customers.
  • Ensure the Bank offers high-quality and superior GPS solutions to customers.
  • Proactively contribute to the strategies developed and executed by Wholesale Banking.
  • Ensure the ongoing development of the Bank's GPS franchise, connecting with Group GPS.
  • Be accountable for overall direct cost discipline, including run-the-bank spend.
  • Oversee the regulatory compliance of payments products.
  • Drive people leadership across teams to ensure colleagues have the skills and capabilities to execute strategies.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 15 years working experience in Wholesale banking covering Global Payment Solutions, Transaction Banking, and/or Cash Management.
  • Strong attentiveness to detail, with ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Effective communication, interpersonal, stakeholder management, and organization skills.
  • A highly motivated and committed individual with commercial thinking.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a large team to ensure delivery of objectives.
  • Proficiency in both written and verbal Chinese and English.
