Job Overview
As a Sales Strategist at Schneider Electric Norge AS, you will be responsible for implementing sales strategies and executing action plans to maximize sales turnover and achieve annual targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering or related disciplines, with 8+ years of experience in the related electrical or mechanical industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business strategies locally to promote new offers, ensure launch successes, and optimize business models.
  • Explore and capture opportunities to prescribe new digital offers with partners and key audiences in an early stage to increase hit rates.
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with business partners, end users, and key audiences at all levels.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree holder in electrical engineering or related disciplines.
  • 8+ years relevant experience in the related electrical or mechanical industries.
  • Solid experience in General Trade Retail and distribution management is a must.
  • Proven track record in business development that successfully contributes to new and sustainable businesses.
  • Energetic, result-driven, and highly self-motivated with a positive attitude and can-do energy.
  • Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese, both written and spoken; Mandarin is a plus.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Applications (Excel and PowerPoint).
