Senior Partnership Development Manager

This position involves managing a team of channel partners to drive business growth and expansion. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in partnership management, negotiation, and sales.
Responsibilities include:
- Deepening relationships with key partners to strengthen executive connections.
- Educating partners on product suites and partner journeys, activating partners to increase client referral activities, and managing day-to-day operations and maintenance.
- Developing initiatives and campaigns to drive scalable growth across different partner groups.
- Identifying and resolving roadblocks/objections to obtain buy-ins from partners and stakeholders.
The successful candidate will possess:
- 5+ years' experience in channel partnership or business development.
- Negotiation and partnership proposal development skills preferred.
- Sales or tech industry experience advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
