Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Vehicle Sales Account Manager to join our team at ExxonMobil Corporation. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving commercial card sales growth and developing strategic business plans to achieve sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement commercial card sales business plans, programs, and projects to drive sales growth and revenue.
  • Manage a sales pipeline of prospective customers and engage with new potential customers to grow prospects and sales.
  • Provide sales management with account updates and sales planning to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish card pricing and discount offers, including retailer fees.
  • Steward the overall program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Degree in Business, Engineering, or Science from a recognized university.
  • Strong sales skills, ideally gained selling into a commercial or industrial customer base.
  • Customer relationship management skills and ability to perform under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Team player with ability to influence in a team or workgroup.
  • English proficiency, presentation skills, effective communication, and strong interpersonal skills.
