About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our sales team in Hong Kong as an Account Sales Manager. You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, securing qualified sales appointments, and building a network of industry contacts and influencers to act as a source for leads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Explore and develop new customer base with facilities management, property developers, banks, schools, and other relevant industries.
  • Grow our green and energy-saving business, meeting and exceeding sales plans.
  • Provide professional best-fit energy-saving solutions to clients, facilitating environmental-friendly systems.
  • Maintain a partnership relationship with customers for the best service and products.
  • Participate in sales team pre-sales activities and design technical solutions for various systems.
  • Coordinate and monitor project progress with different departments and contractors.

Requirements

We are looking for a degree holder or above in building services, mechanical, or electrical engineering or equivalent. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of sales experience with a proven track record in selling RCs/energy audit solutions.

  • Excellent negotiation and sales planning techniques.
  • Experience in selling solutions that meet clients' standards in ESG/green buildings.
  • Good project planning, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Positive, passionate, and supportive attitude.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin is a plus.
  • Excellent writing skills and ability to submit reports or documents timely.
  • Able to handle and solve problems independently.
  • Highly adaptable and result-driven.
  • Highly commercial and entrepreneurial.
  • Self-motivated with strong initiative to meet and exceed sales plans.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in building services/engineering-related industries would be an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, hardworking, and positive.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and selling skills.
  • Good spoken and written English and Chinese.
