Your Role

As a Sales Executive - Charter Sales Specialist, you will be at the forefront of ensuring simplicity, reliability, and excellence in everything we do.

Key Responsibilities

  • Seek and close sales via the international broker market;
  • Deal with charter enquiries from the website or via telephone;
  • Provide quotes to potential clients or their brokers and make follow-up calls as required;
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and operators;
  • Act as a liaison with customers regarding payments, needs analysis, and overall satisfaction;
  • Work closely with the scheduling department to ensure aircraft empty legs are utilized;
  • Negotiate on price;
  • Book trips as required, ensuring margins are made;

Requirements

  • Experience in private aviation charter sales;
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential;
  • 1-3 years' experience in a sales role;
  • Private aviation is a competitive market, so you must be hungry for sales and passionate about maintaining outstanding levels of customer satisfaction;
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think on your feet will be key.
