Your Role
As a Sales Executive - Charter Sales Specialist, you will be at the forefront of ensuring simplicity, reliability, and excellence in everything we do.
Key Responsibilities
- Seek and close sales via the international broker market;
- Deal with charter enquiries from the website or via telephone;
- Provide quotes to potential clients or their brokers and make follow-up calls as required;
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and operators;
- Act as a liaison with customers regarding payments, needs analysis, and overall satisfaction;
- Work closely with the scheduling department to ensure aircraft empty legs are utilized;
- Negotiate on price;
- Book trips as required, ensuring margins are made;
Requirements
- Experience in private aviation charter sales;
- Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential;
- 1-3 years' experience in a sales role;
- Private aviation is a competitive market, so you must be hungry for sales and passionate about maintaining outstanding levels of customer satisfaction;
- An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think on your feet will be key.
