Client Growth Manager

What You'll Be Doing:You will increase revenue from the existing customer base by promoting the use of Coface BI solutions within client organizations. This role involves upselling new solutions to maximize long-term revenue and client retention.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Serve customers by providing product and service information and resolving issues.
- Prepare account plans to meet short, medium, and long-term revenue objectives.
- Provide monthly forecasts for the portfolio split by accounts.
- Engage with key client stakeholders to promote Coface solutions and upsell new products.
- Monitor the portfolio proactively, identify anomalies, and prepare recovery plans to get usage/revenue back on track.
- Identify new use cases/departments to expand Coface solutions for clients.
- Track and resolve customer queries, including complaints.
- Manage SLAs as per contract to ensure they are within agreed limits.
- Deliver contracts, endorsements, and invoices to clients and partners.
