What You'll Be Doing:

You will increase revenue from the existing customer base by promoting the use of Coface BI solutions within client organizations. This role involves upselling new solutions to maximize long-term revenue and client retention.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve customers by providing product and service information and resolving issues.
  • Prepare account plans to meet short, medium, and long-term revenue objectives.
  • Provide monthly forecasts for the portfolio split by accounts.
  • Engage with key client stakeholders to promote Coface solutions and upsell new products.
  • Monitor the portfolio proactively, identify anomalies, and prepare recovery plans to get usage/revenue back on track.
  • Identify new use cases/departments to expand Coface solutions for clients.
  • Track and resolve customer queries, including complaints.
  • Manage SLAs as per contract to ensure they are within agreed limits.
  • Deliver contracts, endorsements, and invoices to clients and partners.
