Client Service Manager

About the Role:
- You will provide professional insurance advice and deliver day-to-day service to designated accounts on general insurance.
- Responsibilities include assisting with the negotiation, implementation, placement, and administration of client insurance programs.
- You will compare quotations, prepare client proposals, analysis reports, and presentation materials, ensuring accuracy in policy documentation before issuance to clients.
- You will handle billing, monitor premium collection/payment, and credit control from clients and overseas offices/partners.
- Additionally, you will handle claims for designated accounts and support the claims department on major and problematic claims, facilitating communication with clients, insurers, and overseas offices as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Tertiary education with at least five years of working experience in general insurance in a broker firm or an insurance company.
- ACII / ANZIIF (Senior Associates) qualified or in progress, with IIQE Paper I & II passed.
- You must have experience dealing with clients, especially face-to-face, to conduct meetings, seminars, and briefings.
- A general understanding of various classes of insurance, including commercial property, employers' liability, public and product liability, motor, travel, personal accident, etc., is essential.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese is required.
- You should have good computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with Chinese word processing being an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, effective interpersonal skills, and good job prioritization abilities are necessary.
- Immediate availability is highly desirable, but candidates with varying levels of experience will be considered.
