We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Specialist to join our team at Amundi. As an ETF Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the Head of ETF in various sales activities, including quantitative and qualitative ETF analytics, competitor analysis, and client mapping reports.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform in-depth analysis of the global ETF universe to identify the best-in-class ETFs for clients based on specific requirements and conditions.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and client mapping reports by extracting sales intelligence from public sources to facilitate sales activities and formulate sales strategies.
  • Support the Head of ETF in drafting responses to client inquiries and meeting follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate sales databases, including sales contacts and meeting notes, to ensure timely monitoring of team activities.

Capital Markets

  • Monitor on-screen trading of Amundi ETFs and respond to client requests in a timely manner to ensure execution of Amundi ETF trades on the most competitive terms.
  • Direct client inquiries to relevant internal parties in a timely manner.

Infrastructure Enhancement

  • Develop macros or Excel templates to address evolving business needs in terms of performance monitoring, customized marketing reports, and analytics.

Collateral Maintenance

  • Update and create marketing materials on a regular basis to ensure the most up-to-date marketing messages are effectively communicated to the target audience.
