Senior Associate, Institutional Distribution Specialist

As a Senior Associate, Institutional Distribution Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the Head of Institutional Distribution, APAC and the institutional sales team in the business development of Financial Institutions business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies to drive growth and revenue in the Financial Institutions business.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and expand the network through proactive outreach and engagement.
  • Provide professional sales support services to clients, including handling day-to-day inquiries, account opening, and related paperwork.
  • Manage RFPs, including administrative aspects of submission, to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Contribute to due diligence and structuring of fund-related sales, working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Meet sales targets and activities management as part of the team, while also taking on ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned.

Key Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • University degree required; a Finance degree is not necessary but is valued.
  • 4 to 6 years of experience, with previous client-facing, sales, or marketing experience a plus.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills, with strong Mandarin (Mainland or Taiwanese) capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Pragmatic and independent thinker, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Proven team player, with a flexible mindset to manage changing priorities.
  • Confident individual, able to effectively interact with colleagues and clients across all levels.
  • Interest in a sales and marketing career within investment management longer term.
