About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Distribution Promotion Specialist to join our marketing, distribution & partnership team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital part in advancing our movement to create a healthier, more sustainable future for everyone.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales promotion plans to launch new products, agency campaigns, district contests, and events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and intermediaries to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Provide initiatives to increase agency awareness and improve productivity.
- Compile sales analysis reports to facilitate business review of marketing campaigns and improve sales production and user experience.
- Develop and review marketing materials, including member briefings, health seminars, sales presentations, and newsletters.
- Handle enquiries and administration of agency channels.
- Assist the Team Head on ad hoc assignments and projects.
Requirements
- University or college graduate with 6-8 years of relevant working experience.
- Sales promotion or agency promotion related experience is preferred.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Analytical skills with good MS Excel knowledge.
- Good presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Enjoy working with people of diverse backgrounds.
- Familiar with computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese typing.
