Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team at H&M Group. As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, maintaining employee records, and providing exceptional customer service to our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll transactions, including salary, benefits, and taxes, in accordance with local laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and payroll data.
  • Provide excellent customer service to employees, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the HR Operations & Payroll Manager to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the HR Operations & Payroll Manager.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll or human resources.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and employment legislation.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a confidential environment and maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in MS applications and SAP system.

Working Environment:

This is a full-time position, reporting to the HR Operations & Payroll Manager. The successful candidate will be based in Hong Kong and will be required to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
