Administrative and Sales Manager

This role involves providing administrative support to the Sales and Marketing team at Regal Hotels International.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for Senior Executive.
- Verify payment requests and ensure accuracy.
- Manage department expenses.
- Maintain customer databases and sales records.
- Perform other supporting tasks as assigned.
The ideal candidate will have tertiary education in a relevant field and at least 2 years of experience in a similar role or as an executive assistant.
Required Skills- Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Strong multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
