Job Description



The Senior Digital Platform Manager - Secure Access will be responsible for enhancing the capabilities of our digital platform, developing a best-in-class, simple, easy-to-use, customer-focused digital experience. This includes formulating various recommendations and coordinating digital platform development and maintenance to drive business outcomes.



The successful candidate will shape and execute digital platform initiatives and roadmap, including enhancing customer authentication capabilities, uplifting security and fraud prevention control, improving and enhancing digital onboarding journeys and payment journeys for better customer protection, engagement, and loyalty.



This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to comprehend complicated business dynamics. The ideal candidate will be able to drive strategy into action and demonstrate flexibility when addressing shifting or competing priorities.



Requirements



To succeed in this role, you will need a university degree in Finance, Technology, e-Commerce, or a related field, with a minimum of 8 years of digital platform management or digital payment and wallet experience in the banking or financial sector. You will also require a blend of business and technical savviness, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong sense of responsibility.



A good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English is essential, with knowledge of Mandarin being a plus. Professional qualifications such as Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) and/or Certified Banker (CB) under Hong Kong Institute of Bankers (HKIB) would be an advantage.
