About the Role:

This role requires a highly skilled and experienced individual who can develop and maintain distributor relationships, manage sales processes, execute inventory control and warehouse management, design customized distribution strategies, collaborate with distributor sales teams, develop and implement marketing plans, resolve operational challenges, cultivate trust-based partnerships, establish professional relationships, and generate revenue growth opportunities.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive distributor relationships across local and international markets
  • Holistically manage sales processes from initial product introduction through final market placement
  • Execute precise inventory control and warehouse management
  • Design customized distribution strategies that enable targeted market penetration and consistent sales achievement
  • Collaborate closely with distributor sales teams to identify and leverage mutual business opportunities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to effectively showcase and promote the product lines
  • Provide proactive resolution of operational challenges, including credit and logistics complexities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence
  • Typically has 5-10 years of work experience, preferably in enterprise selling, channel & alliance, or a related field
  • Knowledge & Skills in Account Management, Business Development, Customer Relationship Management, Outside Sales, Sales and forecast, and Management Selling Techniques
