About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Business Operations Lead to join our Equity Derivatives Business Execution team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, streamlining processes, and improving productivity across our organization.

Responsibilities
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer experiences
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes that drive results
• Analyze data to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives
• Foster a collaborative team environment and provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members

Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in COO/Business Execution/Business Management roles, preferably within Sales and trading in an Equity or Global Market product role
• Proven track record of successfully driving day-to-day execution and strategic projects across a large matrixed organization
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, execution, and communication skills
• Ability to independently own work and operate with a limited level of direct supervision
• Experience in escalating, managing, and reporting control issues with transparency
