Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service that enhances customer satisfaction, bolsters the company's reputation, and ensures compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Meet performance metrics for the Customer Service Centre, including response times, handling durations, and Customer Satisfaction scores.
  • Identify service deficiencies by sharing insights and feedback across departments (e.g., Policy Administration, Claims, Marketing, IT) to enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree; FLMI & ACS designations are advantageous.
  • Completion of IIQE Paper I, III & V (or equivalent licensing requirements).
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a life insurance setting.
  • Experience in bank counter services is preferred.
  • Demonstrated customer service expertise across various distribution channels and client demographics.
  • Proficient in written and spoken Mandarin, with good command of Cantonese, English, and Portuguese.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds, showcasing excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized self-starter with the capacity to meet stringent deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently under pressure and manage challenging situations with a friendly demeanor.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive and mature approach.
  • Customer-centric and results-driven.
