Business Operations Role

This role involves working within the Business Support (Finance) department to ensure the smooth functioning of daily business operations. You will be responsible for:

  • Contract management, including following up with clients for purchase orders.
  • Invoicing maximization through effective contract management and use of client portals.
  • Reporting on customer account status as needed.
  • New client onboarding, creation of client information packs for the finance team, and maintenance of smooth internal processes.
  • Knowledge sharing and provision of expertise to peers.
  • Leadership and completion of ad-hoc finance projects from start to finish.
  • Development of customer process maps/documentation for systems and controls within finance and operational systems.
Key Requirements
  • Excellent planning and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
  • Takes full ownership of work, meets deadlines under pressure, and communicates effectively.
  • Able to establish strong relationships with clients, account managers, and finance teams.
  • Prior experience in client account management, specifically in customer service and relationship building, is highly desired but not mandatory.
