Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Section Head in executing the strategic plan focused on acquiring cross-border clients and enhancing portfolio and revenue performance.
  • Contribute to the design of a customer-focused cross-border experience.
  • Conduct regular competitor assessments to maintain the Bank's competitive edge in product offerings, delivery channels, and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure the necessary systems and platforms are in place to effectively deliver banking services tailored to cross-border clientele.
  • Facilitate partnership initiatives as a continuous channel for client acquisition.
  • Implement contact management strategies and relationship-building tools to address the unique needs of cross-border clients, fostering healthy growth of the cross-border customer base.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in the banking or financial services sector, ideally in wealth management product development, segment management, business management, product marketing, or sales support roles, which includes:
  • Extensive experience in cross-border business, encompassing product/segment management, project management, and marketing initiatives within the banking or financial services domain.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the Bank's wealth management products and services.
  • A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical abilities; proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua being essential.
  • Self-driven, independent, and possessing excellent problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Candidates with less experience may be considered for the role of Assistant Cross-Border Business Manager.
